Despite economic uncertainty posing as the number one challenge to businesses in 2023*, ServiceNow users are going all in on their ServiceNow investment.

Key insight: When asked what drives their ServiceNow investment decision most, the majority of users voiced customer needs and requirements as a top motivator. However, customer workflows were not the first or even second choice users elected when asked what workflows their organization planned to invest in most this year.

Key insight: Users are looking to partners to equip them with the resources and knowledge to leverage the full potential of their solutions and prove ROI to leadership before they will be ready to hear about new licenses.

50% of users said that their greatest ServiceNow focus in 2023 is enhancing and expanding existing solutions while an additional 16% noted that driving adoption of their current solutions was a priority.
