Welcome to The State of ServiceNow

Two years ago we set out to build the most robust, human-centric, valuable report that ServiceNow fans have ever seen…but then things got crazy.

What started as a user report in 2022 transformed into something else entirely. The report we published in 2022 was such a huge, hit, that ServiceNow themselves invited us onto a webinar to present our findings to ALL of their partners in North and South America. It was nuts!

What happened?

The people wanted more! So in May of 2023 we showed up onsite, in Las Vegas, and conducted hundreds of in-person interviews to try and gather data around what users were focusing on investing in throughout the year. The survey was such a huge hit, that fans from across the ecosystem demanded more, yet again! So we held the first ever State of ServiceNow virtual summit. We had hundreds of partners, users, and ecosystem fans show up for a day of insights from some of the most well-known and innovative partners and ServiceNow team members on the planet.

So what’s the point of this blog?

We quickly realized that ecosystem fans wanted EVEN MORE. The state of the ecosystem is evolving and growing faster than the mustache hair on my 14 year old nephew.

We decided to launch the State of ServiceNow newsletter, a weekly, one-stop-shop for all the important things happening in the ecosystem.

Each week you’ll get a fun, quick, breakdown of all kinds of things including:

  • Partner moves, acquisitions, and happenings!

  • Thoughts and opinions from our ecosystem experts

  • Data snippets from our world class user surveys

  • Stock price updates and related market moves around ServiceNow

  • Event schedules, info, and more

  • Behind the scenes updates from the mothership, herself, ServiceNow

How do you follow along? It’s easy! Sign up and never miss a State Of ServiceNow newsletter.
